1)Perform analyses of complex lateral force resisting components and systems (wood and steel) used in light-framed wood buildings2)Analyze and/or kiến thiết light frame building components using engineering computer software such as LSDYNA, ABAQUS (nonlinear), ETABS, RISA, and/or SAP2000.3)Assist in research và development testing of components used in light frame buildings khổng lồ resist gravity & lateral wind and seismic loads4)Generate reports using analysis & testing data.5)Assist in preparation of technical documents and bulletins6)Conduct feasibility studies and provide preliminary designs.7)Provide technical tư vấn of MiTek building components to technical tư vấn team.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - FridayLocation: tan Thuan EPZ, rã Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, HCMCSupervisor / Manager: This role reports to lớn HR ManagerMAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESYour role is to lớn provide two key benefits lớn Platinum Global:This could include:•Be responsible to lớn meet recruiting requests throughout the Company timely;•Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable candidates for assigned positions as well as develop new, creative recruiting ideas;In essence, this role includes, but is not limited khổng lồ the following:•Source & attract candidates by using Databases, Social media, Employee referral, etc.;•Screen candidates resumes and job applications;•Be in charge of interviews & provide suitable recruits for all departments timely;•Manage job offer including negotiation and administration;•Be responsible khổng lồ sign probationary contract with staff;•Monitor, apply HR recruiting best practices & create new recruiting ideas;•Organize the Induction program for new employees in order to become fully integrated;•Maintain recruiting data of HR software & report the progress on assigned job vacancies, provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process;•Organize job seminars, career events, etc.;•Other duties assigned by HR Manager.
